As the year 2022 comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on all that we've accomplished here at Sellix.
First and foremost, we are thrilled to report that our platform has processed a staggering 7.95 billion requests, transferred 379.08 terabytes of data, and received 96.96 million page views. We've also handled a whopping 972.84 million API requests, showing the strong demand for our solution.
We've also blocked over 15B DDoS requests during the year, protecting our merchants and keeping an SLA of 99.9%.
But it's not just about the numbers – we're proud of the impact that Sellix has had on the businesses and individuals who use our platform. In 2022, we helped our merchants create 618,675 products, with 266,962 made just this year. These products span a wide range of categories, including 107,686 serial numbers (17.4%), 50,642 files (8.2%), 93,960 services (15.2%), 7,803 dynamic products (1.3%), 2,605 info cards (0.4%), and 4,266 subscriptions (0.7%).
Our platform has also facilitated the creation of over 3 million invoices and has served a unique customer base of over a million individuals. Our merchants received a total of 55,448 feedback, with an impressive 46,602 being 5-star reviews. And for those rare instances when things don't go as smoothly as we'd like, we've had a total of 2,626 feedback appeals, with a resolution rate of 90%.
In addition to our core eCommerce offering, we've also made a significant push into the world of cryptocurrency. In 2022, after implementing new cryptocurrencies such as Nano (XNO) and Concordium (CCD), we processed 264,141 crypto payouts. In addition, we generated unique addresses for merchants using a variety of blockchain protocols, including BTC, LTC, BCH, ERC20, BEP20, TRC20, Ripple, Monero, Nano, and Solana. As a result, we've also sent and received 570,431 and 974,828 crypto transactions, respectively.
But Sellix isn't just about the transactions – it's about providing a comprehensive set of tools for our merchants to succeed. In 2022, we helped merchants connect 310 domains to our platform, sent out 8,392,050 emails, and added 2,113,832 items to our webhooks queue. We've also implemented a Fraud Shield system to protect our merchants and their customers, blacklisting 52,626 suspicious accounts and whitelisting 1,249 trusted ones. We've validated the emails, phone numbers, and transactions of over 4.98 million accounts.
In 2022, we also made significant strides in improving the overall user experience on our platform. For example, we redesigned our dashboard, checkout, embeds, help docs, and storefronts to have a cohesive brand identity, ensuring that all of our applications have a coherent and professional look and feel.
We also released our theme builder and editor, allowing merchants to customise their storefronts' look and feel. In addition to the customizable templates we already offer, we released several new themes unique to Sellix – a true testament to our commitment to innovation.
But it's not just about the aesthetics – we've also added many new features that make it easier for merchants to succeed on our platform. From automatic crypto payouts and fraud protection measures to the ability to connect domains and send emails, we're constantly working to improve and expand our offering. And we have even more exciting updates planned for the future, so stay tuned!
Finally, while the vast majority of our merchants are legitimate, we do take steps to protect the integrity of our platform. For example, in 2022, we automatically took down 31,158 products that violated our terms of service. We also scanned over 5,421 merchant crypto payout addresses for compliance with EU/US anti-money laundering standards and were pleased to see that all of our active merchants passed the scan. Additionally, we terminated 2,676 individual accounts that posed a risk to our system.
All of these accomplishments would not have been possible without our team's hard work and dedication, and we are grateful to each and every one of them. We're also thankful to our merchants, who have placed their trust in us to help them grow their businesses.
